This store has more Hello Kitty then any other place I’ve been to apart from specialty stores. Very reasonably priced and friendly staff that could not do enough for us. We were very impressed.

I really like the store. But the only thing I hate is how many times the employees will ask you if you want to open a credit card. After saying no nearly 3 times they still asked “are you sure” happens all the time. I wish they would stop this madness

The store was clean plenty of cashiers. When I asked a girl on the floor a question she answered in an extreme Russian accent and had no idea how to help me. She asked the girl sitting at the fitting rooms a question in RUSSIAN and got a shrug for an answer. She then pointed to the cashiers and in very broken English told me to ask them. I left the store. I am all for people getting a chance but you can’t have a service person not able to adequately communicate in English.

I like the store. And I like the selection. The fitting rooms are always filthy. And I think I had three different employees ask me if I wanted a TJ Maxx credit card while I was shopping. I said no thank you to each one of them. But then when I was checking out the girl at the counter was relentless and would not drop it! I don’t appreciate being pushed about a credit card! I almost got mad at her. Employees were friendly and helpful though. I will continue to ship here, but please stop with the credit card campaign! 🤦♀️
