I have been here numerous times and never had a problem until today. I found a MK bag within the women’s purses. Grabbed it and kept shopping not thinking anything. Went it was rung up, the girls mentioned it shouldn’t have been out and didn’t have an orange tag. A manager came up and stated to the cashier that the price was wrong and to give us a refund as it was not the correct price and “couldn’t be sold” – She didn’t even ask us if we wanted to know the actual price to purchase. She went straight over to security. I asked what the price would be because we did like it and were told she was checking – Yet she was just speaking with security. I had my toddler with me and as she hadn’t taken a nap, we left. As we were leaving, security was looking at us and the manager was reviewing the cameras. I gotta laugh because I clearly told her I found it intertwined within the women’s purses. I have nothing to hide. Not only that but she not once throughout the interaction spoke directly at us. She spoke to the cashier. Again, I’ve never had a problem here until today. And yep, go ahead and check the cameras boo…

It is very frustrating to buy something and when you get home you open the package and not find what you expected, because I have been very dissatisfied with the customer service they have in this place specifically since when I wanted to go to claim my product the Manager along with Their cashier did not even bother to really check what had happened, based on the supposed return policies that say nothing about not being able to return something missing, according to the workers of this store as soon as you walk out the door you cannot return any skin care, no perfumes or anything, when in my case obviously the box was open but the only product that was inside was closed (where it was supposed to have two products) but every day I am more disappointed with the customer service that these people offer

Not to sound funny…. But the security guard was hilarious 😎 his personality was bright and light. His smile was warming and he seemed like an all around nice guy. I was having an issue with my kids being their usual gremlin selves….😳!! He told a few simple jokes and the mood changed from night to day. I wish my grandma were single. I would hook them up. 🙂 He was was a delight.

It is very good if you want to buy home stuff but not clothes. It would take time to find something wearable. You have to go through every single garment, and I am not that patient. Not bad overall. Sometimes, they have great deals of some of the silverware and kitchen pots and pans less than 10 dollars.
