Tons of stuff to check out…I bought a pair of shoes, a shirt and a pair of underwear. Arrived at 7 p.m. and left 90 minutes later. Very addictive store if you like shopping. Good finds all around.

They had so much in this store. I was like a kid in the candy store. I stayed in this store for 3 hours, because the Ross in my town never has this much inventory. I can’t wait to go back and visit to do more shopping before the holiday season.

I believe I was being followed by an employee through the store. Ironic how she kept popping up in the same narrow isles as me. Store not organized. Sad plus size selections. Very messy overall. I was looking through baby clothes and found it frustrating that the sizes weren’t in the correct space and that the isle was so small and narrow.

This was by far the trashiest Ross I have ever seen. Such a dirty unorganized mess and definitely a safety hazard with all the merchandise just thrown on the floor. You couldn’t even walk down the aisles without tripping over something.

Supervisor Stephanie and the cashier are rude. They don’t know what they are doing. They don’t know how to do a return and how to apply that money against a new purchase. Stephanie doesn’t know how to void a ticket. She doesn’t know how to use the Ross credit card and its benefits. She doesn’t care about customer satisfaction. A person like that shouldn’t be in that position. It makes it look like Ross doesn’t care about the clients. This lady stole $30+ from me so disappointed

The store had a long line it was only one Register open that store is always crowded. I had to call the store and asked the managers to send someone to help out .The managers did open another line but this location should always have two people working up front and if have to only return they put you in the same long line .I hope a manager or whoever in charge can get a better system going .
