Massive waste of time. Don't know where all these positive reviews are coming from cuz this place is rather pitiful. I will say the staff are super polite and helpful – that's not the issue. Its the shelves… BARREN. EMPTY. VAST VOIDS OF WHITE SHELVES AS FAR AS THE EYE CAN SEE. This and the Springfield location are both PITIFULLY understocked to the point of absurdity, I've never seen such bare shelves at a Ross before. I think I'll stick to TJMaxx and Marshall's, thanks.
