The stores cleanliness was definitely not there. Things were hard to find. Also, this is a reminder to not use Ross’ restroom and if you do, don’t place your bag on the floor. Actually, don’t walk in at all. Should this even be legal? There floors had literal feces on them and smelled like death. Won’t be shopping at this location anymore. Also, train your holiday staff to be more kind and not treat people with no kindness. We are after all helping pay their salary by spending our hard earned money there.
