Overall clean and stocked, but they only had 2 cashiers on a busy Sunday 😅
I came to look for a welcome mat and a planter pot. Found the planter but they didn’t have any mats 😆 it’s all good! This is a great place for some awesome finds when you have time to shop and wait in line a bit.

Went to go and shop for my teenage son, of course, like every Ross it was jampacked with people only about two people on the register and the line wrapped around the corner other than that great deals lots of selections and line went pretty quick

First time visiting this location and was pretty excited with these finds. There was quite a line when it was time to check out… & Only two registers were open. We returned back out and found a lot more this time! Found a variety of blouses for work. These cool flats. A planner and large flower pot,& more!

This place had exactly what we needed but it was a little messy.
Update:
The managment and employees still need to make better efforts to clean the store during the peak times of customers as the store gets shopped during the weekends. There were some parts of the store that was cleaner then others.
However, the management of lines during check out is a lot better today then most rosses.
Overall would recommend this store but urge management and the employees to clean the store. At least keep products off the floor.
Hope the next time I visit this ross will make the improvements.
Update 2:
Returned to store and still had the exact same outcome. This store has to be the dirtiest store in San Antonio. Staff is still friendly but its like they lost the reason to care about store presentation. My recommendation is to hire more staff on the weekend to keep store in clean condition. I have dropped this rating from a 4 star to a 2 star.
I will most likely will not return in the future.

Sometime between 8:45pm and 8:49pm on 10/12/24, security stopped me to check my receipt. 6 people left the store ahead of me. In fact I walked slowly so that the woman in front of me didn’t feel rushed so I wasn’t in some suspicious hurry. Security didn’t check anyone else’s receipt…just mine. Discriminatory to me. I’ll never shop here again. If Ross tries to respond with some Bull S. reply to my review, I will edit my response with a rebuttal.

Only 99 cents! SCORE…20 pairs of socks for a buck can’t beat that….Its back to school time and we grabbed some last minute items…sometimes you get lucky and some items are marked super low…with inflation at an all time high due to the current administration…we were on a budget. Thankfully we found many items for $1-4$ dollars each. We gotta alotta bang for our buck…an item I purchased for myself was a large 36×48 inch canvas for only $16. Other stores this size have them for over $40! Please keep those art supplies in stock. This store could’ve used some cleaning up and Definitely needs more cashier’s….one of the longest lines with only two cashier’s…it’s like this almost every Ross stores…but what can you do about the current open border situation policy? Anticipate more customers and have extra staff… it’s my main and only complaint…because at the end of the day…I’m tired and my feet hurt…long lines? Ain’t nobody got time for that!
