The store has a lot of empty shelves and racks but for the most part, I found what I came in for. Not a huge selection but good enough. The line was extremely long but it moved at a decent pace. One of the cashiers stopped ringing to sort hangers which I think could’ve waited. The other cashiers were really friendly. Karlie is doing an amazing job!

I’ve purchased some nice things from Ross on random occasions, primarily clothes, home decor, furniture and kitchenware. Not bad at all. I’m a selective shopper so in addition to being fair priced the product has to look nice and be quality in order for me to buy it! Not too shabby! And I’ve never returned anything, so I’m happy! 😊☺️

Giving only one star because of the inconvenience of not being able to try on clothes in their main dressing rooms because they are ALWAYS closed up. They have two rooms up at the very front of the store which to me is very awkward and uncomfortable, and I actually had an embarrassing moment using one when one of the workers with a key thought no one was in the room that I was occupying and unlocked the door and opened it up on me. Thankfully, I literally just finished up getting dressed! One of the customers even said they felt bad for me. After that experience, I hadn’t used those dressing rooms for a long long time…until today. I thought I’d give it another try but was very reluctant. Both rooms at the time were both occupied so I waited for one to open up. When one finally did, I went in, shut the door, turned the lock, BUT it would not latch!!! I fiddled and fiddled with it but it would NOT lock. If I wouldn’t have thought to check it, anyone could have just easily pulled the door open on me and I would have had ANOTHER embarrassing moment. There were no workers around to assist, so needless to say I just left my cart full of clothes and walked out of the store.
