This Ross is conveniently located, but in general I prefer to go to other locations. The stock is average and in other Ross stores I tend to find more quality and designers I like. The staff is ok and so glad the store renovated and moved the check out area. It seems more efficient now. The store recently seems to have increased the amount of merchandise they have and hopefully this means more selection for its customers.

The security Working at this Ross on 9/22 in the evening was completely rude. While I was checking out at the register, I had a nice conversation with the cashier and continued to walk out. I did not hear him ask to check my receipt and bag until the 2nd time he said it, of course allowed him to check. As he is looking at my receipt and bag, he continues by yelling at me that I must be deaf because I did not hear him!!! WHAT!? What kind of rude person proceeds to say that as I am speaking to him clearly?! it’s ridiculous how people act, kindness is easy and free. Please try it! I just wanted to share this review because Ross needs to train better, there are deaf people out there shopping every day and if they encountered him it would have been a horrible experience.

The customer service is left wanting. There is one cashier with an extremely long line. When I called to ask if there was someone who could assist or help the young lady up front, I was told the manager was on the register when she was not. Very poor levels of responsibility across the board. Visit time 1310 on 25 Oct24.
