I always dislike going to cosmetics stores as the staff usually look standoff-ish however Claudia definitely changed that perception.

Claudia was approachable, friendly and knowledgeable about the products. Initially I was searching for a replacement foundation however I was so impressed by her customer service that I ended up booking a 30 minute make up session as well as purchasing a large range of products as well as joining the loyalty programme. I even got given a few samples!

Although the store was busy, Claudia was attentive and informative regarding the product range and how to apply each one. If only all cosmetics staff were like Claudia!

I was in Sephora White City yesterday, 30.11.24, with my two granddaughters (11 and 7). I asked an assistant if there was anything suitable for the younger child. The assistant went out of her way to make the child feel valued and special, helping her choose a lip gloss. The look on the little one’s face when we left, her carrying her bag was priceless. Going shopping at Sephora London is so fun, especially if you’re on a beauty haul, like I was, dragging my boyfriend through the store with me! I started with the House Labs Foundation and the Mario Palette that I had been after for ages.

The MAC lip liners were a hard one to call for me, so I went for the Refine Lip Sculpt, which is a liner and setter in one. In the end, I couldn’t help but grab the hot on social marshmallow sponge.
