1 st time at this location. Let me say this. I feel bad for the cashier. They only hand one cashier on register. The line goes around the corner. This is not a good experience all around. Management needs to step up on their staff.

It’s hard to tell but on a non holiday Sunday the line was to the back of the store. I set a stop watch and by the time we got to the check out line it was over an hour wait. They only had 2 cashiers at 4:00 pm. I plan on calling corporate about this store. They are not really improving if you see the other reviews. Makes you wonder because this store is in the heart of a Spanish community.

This place needs to do something about their customer service and closing hours. Starting with the Security and the “manager” ALEAH. I drove almost 40 mnts to get to this store because on google shows they close at 11pm on Saturday. I got there at 10pm ,I had my cart full of staff around 10:30 , they were announcing that Store will be closing soon so I got in line around 10:35pm. After standing in line for 15 mnts (only 2 cashiers) the “manager” came to cut the line because they didn’t had time to check us out. Not only me but like 10 more customers behind me ,we had to left our carts full of clothes because she refused to check us out.. but wasnt 11pm yet and customers still coming into the store. I told her and the rude Security guy why they not checking us out if we were there standing in line for more than 15 mnts and we were already in the store BEFORE 11PM. THIS Rude manager just stood there and didn’t gave us any explanation. I asked them for corporate phone num but they refused to give it to me. I would like to get the attention of corporations because I used to be one of y’all frequent clients and just lost me. But as I read the reviews I see that is not only me and this happens everyday.. I will prefer to go to BURLINGTON 5 MNTS FROM y’all, super friendly staff and they do close at 12pm.

This store needs new employees and better training in customer service .
