Like every Walmart has a lot of products. They are currently switching from Halloween/Fall decor to the Holiday/Christmas. They have very unique/area centric food items for sale. Wish some of these items are at my local store.

I can always find the large size diapers here at Walmart. Most stores don’t care size 8 diapers for big babies. So thank you Wal-Mart for having more variety than other stores.

I have been waiting for more than 25 minutes for a cashier to finish with a customer and she scans and packs things calmly and is also having great conversations. I think that people like this lady named Amanda needs to rest because she doesn’t like her job, she is very lazy. and he looks like a turtle and the only thing he comes to do is talk, terrible service, manager, please check your cameras and put efficient people to serve the customer 😡😡

Not one single employee speaks English in the store not one. I asked the guy at car shop for oil. He straight up refused to help me out. He was so helpless. He didn’t understand the word I was saying. Very important message for all the shoppers at this location. Prices would say one thing on the shelf but when you come out to check out, price will be thedifference. For example, this Rotella oil they say $71 by the register they tried to charge me $79 bill oil as well. They will say $15 for Dello oil on the register they will say $19 per gallon.

It seems like no matter when I visit, many of the items I’m looking for are out of stock. This is especially frustrating for items I consider essentials or have been waiting for a specific sale on.
While I appreciate the store’s efforts to offer a broad selection, it would be great if they could improve their inventory management. Better stock levels would make shopping there a much more reliable experience. On the bright side, the staff are generally friendly and helpful, and the store is well-organized. If they can get the stock issues sorted out, Walmart could easily be a top-notch shopping destination so i have to rate a solid 3 out of 5.

5June2024 My 2nd visit at 9:37a.m. a beautiful woman of color with light brown eyes and gorgeous energy helped(she was by the clothes and office supplies) me out with a price check. Thank you young woman for making my 2nd experience a great one. You represent your state of Texas proper.
4June2024 I was physically just in here at 5:47p.m. Texas time and two woman before you get to cosmetics needed to be more polite. After all it is TEXAS!! Take a customer service class and do better with the public. Whether locals or visitors.
Anyway, just like most stores in Texas; this spot is big and stocked. I will not be returning here. And it’s not because this is my second time in 3yrs visiting Texas.

Stopped into the customer service center last night to get a re-print of a receipt from a purchase a couple of weeks ago. Gave them literally every single detail I could’ve given them (last 4 on my card, date, time, even the exact register I made the purchase at). The “AP”, whatever that is, comes out and tries to convince me that I didn’t actually purchase anything from that store on that day, and when I went to show her the transaction on my bank statement, she straight up tells me “I don’t have time for this”. Word for word, right to my face.
Maybe I’m in the wrong for expecting any kind of useful service from Walmart of all places, but “I don’t have time for this” is crazy work for a customer service rep. regardless of who you work for. Won’t be spending another dime here.
