All I wanted was to buy a suitcase!!
The customers service tonight I received was unnecessary. I saw an item I wanted to purchase but, wanted to compare the price with another item in store for a business trip. The luggage had no tag on either, the small or big.
Manager Ty blk with curls told me stand in long line to get price and she don't do price checks. They ignored me as she talked on the phone with another coworker based on conversation.
If a customer decided to walk in, stand in long line, and purchase item it keeps jobs. Turning away customer cause you don't feel like it when you at door putting reshop up.
When we all shop online, no jobs but stock and shipping will be available a day they started to get robots for that.
