The manager wouldn't let me return my shoes. When I bought them the sales lady said I would be able to return them. I couldn't try them on and walk in them at the store because there were like 3 or 4 restraints on them, so I had to buy them and then take off all the restraints so I could walk in them to see if they were going to work for me. They fit good, but after wearing them a few hours, my knee really started to hurt, and continued to hurt the whole night. I took them back and the manager said they looked worn, which they had a few specs of dirt but not bad at all. Still looked very new. But she would not refund my money. Very disappointed. I usually love this store, but don't anymore.
