The target on the boulevard is a nightmare in most cases. I tend to only go there as a last resort or in an emergency. Since it is by a college and close to Canada it tends to be busy all the time. The parking lot is scary and you need to be extra careful as cars are always flying through it or not looking when backing up. The store itself tends to always be a mess, mainly because of how busy it is. This also means shelves tend to be empty or low on options. I used to love target and this store specifically, but in the last 10 years its really gone downhill. The first big hit was when they got rid of their little café I used to love having that. Then the selection of items got reduced so I was no longer able to get the same offerings and now i have to find those things online (this is honestly an issue with all big box retailers nowadays). Overall target is fine. The best thing going for it is that they have decent prices, a range of types of items (food, clothing, kitchen related, electronics, and so on) and it’s conveniently located. Also the staff has never really been an issue. It can be hard to find staff on the floor but when you do they tend to be nice. My cashier today was great I’d give her a shout out but her name isn’t on the receipt.

every time i go to a target, there’s always a disgusting bathroom; either the smell or there’s a mess. but this one was the one i found was absolutely disgusting. there was only one usable stall and that was the handicap stall. gross. what the hell are y’all doing in there!?

I found my wall mirror at a very good price and it’s better than the Target, Niagara Falls Boulevard outlet. This one is bigger and neat. I love their electronic homeware design for condominium size.

Not enough staff, never can find anybody to help. The bathroom was filthy and all they did was close it. The store seems in a constant state of remodel so it’s difficult to get around and find what you’re looking for. The shelves are poorly stocked. If you do the two hour delivery, you can expect it won’t be ready until the next day and they are spaced on over half a dozen orders. I could walk to the store in less time. Long wait at customer service and pick up, last time was 20 minutes standing in line and they only had one person handling everything. This time there was a long line and two employees trying to help almost a dozen people.

This location was such a mess it was not even funny. Other customers were even complaining. You would find one shoe that you liked but could not find its match.
