I usually enjoy all my Walmart experiences. The people working there are always nice. If you are nice they are nice. But just like any retail business. If you are mean to someone and give attitude. You might get it back. I saw someone get bad at a person with another store outfit on. They thought the employee worked at Walmart and didn’t even give the person a chance before going off on them and saying they were going to the manager. I was speechless. Thankfully I wasn’t involved.

I had THE best experience at the automotive center. I wish I got the young man’s name. He had a very distinguished voice and I told him he needed to be on radio. I like using Walmart for oil changes because that is ALL they do and price for synthetic oil is amazing. Other places are so ready to let you know what other services you need. Brake pads, rotors, etc.
I asked that the tires be rotated for an additional $20. The young man showed me a photo of one of the tires that had a nail in it and could not be repaired. My townhome community had just had our roofs replaced and there was So many nails. Anyway he gave me an amazing discount. I am a senior citizen and asked for discount. Aww man thank you to my girl Felicia and my boy Reuben in the electronic department we were in there today and they were so nice and so patient with us. I love this Walmart location and Walmart in general. They hands down have the biggest savings available compared to all other stores. From garden and outdoor, groceries, clothing, you name it, they have it. And if they don’t have it in store they can ship it! Customer service is a 5 out of 5!
