No complaints. They had what i needed here. I snapped pictures of prices of some random items especially school supplies.

Would rate 0 stars if I could, waited 40+ minutes for someone to unlock the case. Multiple employees said someone will be on the way. After waiting over 40 minutes they tell me they cant open it and that it’s broken. Im extremely disappointed and wont be coming here again!!

I had a bad experience with electrics. The works were talking to the other employees. I was waiting patiently, and they overlooked me. All I wanted was a charger card, and the salesperson didn’t even try to a sale me plug. I was outta town, and I needed another charger card. I waited about 15 minutes to give and take electric needs training on customer service. plus, they had 5 registered, and only one was open and working. I needed this in a hurry because a family member was in the hospital. This was horrible

There were 4 registers open. Self-checkout was shut down unless you had 15 items or less. We stood in line a good 25 mins before being able to check out. Do better Walmart. You a a giant retailer. Act like it please.

Lines are long and this location Frequently loses power… registers go down and they have no backup plan. So customers ditch full carts of perishable groceries that inevitably end up costing n the garbage or back on the shelf. Luckily I just had paper towels. But to have been there twice this year when they’ve lost power (in the middle of the day with clear blue skies) is bewildering for a corporation like this that has billions in cash invest. They’ve gotta do better for customers who just spent more than an hour shopping and now have to find time to redo their trip.

Huge Walmart superstore that has everything you want and more. Great prices, but as usual employees seem to be overwhelmed and/or overworked. The food selection from the kitchen is tasty and worth picking up for a convenient lunch. Highly recommend for anything you need.

We got some supplies to donate for the relief effort. They had so many volunteers out there, and we are so thankful that many people turned out to help and to donate. Hope the folks in need get this stuff really quick. Prayers to all those affected.

Time your visits wisely – early mornings (7-9 AM) or late evenings (after 8 PM) tend to be much quieter, especially on weekdays. Wednesday mornings are particularly good since that’s when many new items get stocked. Try to avoid weekends and the 1st and 15th of each month when it gets really crowded.
Getting the best deals takes a bit of strategy. Download the Walmart app – it’s a game changer. You can scan items in-store to check for hidden clearance prices that aren’t marked on the shelf. The app also shows you in-store markdowns and rollbacks specific to the Charlotte location.
For grocery items, check out the reduced produce and meat sections – they often have perfectly good items marked down 30-50% off just because they’re nearing their best-by date. The clearance aisles at the back of the store are worth exploring too.
If you’re into curbside pickup (they call it “Pickup”), order through the app before 4 PM for next-day pickup. Choose early morning slots (7-8 AM) for the freshest produce selection. The Charlotte Supercenter also offers delivery through Spark drivers – especially handy during bad weather or busy times.
Keep an eye on seasonal transitions – that’s when you’ll find the deepest discounts. After major holidays, seasonal items usually get marked down 50-70% off. The Charlotte store tends to put these items in the garden center area or near the front entrance.
A smart move is to check the Walmart app on Thursday mornings when new weekly deals typically go live. Many sale items can be price-matched if you find them cheaper at nearby competitors like Target or Food Lion.
