Got two shirts the other day for $7.02! Great prices and very well stocked. My friend went to another store with my car, so when I went outside and called her to let her know I was done, she was still a little ways out. I went back in and just waited by the front, but was treated very respectfully even though I’m sure it would’ve looked a little strange as I was walking in and out multiple times. But I wasn’t treated like a criminal and loved the store. The employees were very nice and helpful and it was a very calm shopping experience.

Horrible customer service from a few employees, expecially this older lady with short blonde hair. We went to pay for our things at the register and the girl there was super nice but we asked her if we could return an item if not, it’s okay! Just a question! This older lady I described earlier stepped in out of no where with a bad attitude and started saying that we couldn’t and that we probably didn’t even buy it from that store telling us how we were lying, and all we did was ask a question, it was gonna be okay if we couldn’t but what got us pissed was how unprofessional she was, then this other one came and we complained to her telling her how it was possible for them to have someone like that working here with customer service and SHE gave us attitude as well. The only NICE one was the young girl who we asked at first, and this older lady treated her bad as well because she didn’t know how to do a refund. That’s when it all started, when we were on the way out, the one standing by the door told us that she should’ve called security on us when we did nothing wrong, all we did was ask a question and that older lady called us liars!

Good pricing however not a large variety in shoes. Shelves were quite empty. Highly, highly suggest they have someone clean the cart wheels – FULL OF FUZZ, THREAD, STRINGS, HAIR… Wheels won’t turn so some carts can’t be used.

They only had two cashiers taking their sweet time. I set my stop watch as soon as we got in line. There were 7 people in front of us and by the time it was out turn we had been in line for 34 minutes.

he’s my favorite ross you do not find so many “chihuahuitas” so the clothes are not on the ground, there are no shouts, people fighting for the clothes they have more order… less people than in others a lot of assortment in things for the home, you find everything and at super prices very excellent schedule highly recommended I’m lovin ‘it!!!!

I have been shopping 🛍️ with my mom here ever since! All of the sudden they sent me to some manager and an employee with absolutely NO!!! EXPERIENCE!! Like the NICE ladies have been working for years at this location! THIS COMPANY IS WORTHLESS NOW!!! My mom and I have been shopping here since I was a teenager and they respected us allllll the time!!! It’s too bad the NEW F….policy has changed!!! YES CHANGED!!! Because one of the inexperienced employees that thinks she’s a wannabe overworked and tired and BS working for too damn long employee when they really need to give credit to much more experienced and that have been there a long time ladies credit like a manager position not some lady who just has months or a year doing a job. I mean come one!! The employee lied to me about the policy had not been changed but the experience one clarified that it did change. I mean what’s wrong with you inexperienced people l, I suggest you leave or get fired and leave the experience do their job and be manager. That’s it! You lost your client from so many years! And that’s that!

Honestly, at first I was going to give negative stars because of a person at the register but then we got assistance from the Manager Beau and he gave us an AMazing experience! He had great energy was positive and even through the issues we had he still gave us the best service! He went out of his way and that’s why I think they deserve a 5 star now!!! GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!!! Thank you for being an awesome manager and making sure your staff understands the importance of awesome Customer Service by leading by example!
