Went to Walmart and they had these skates on sale. I had two to purchase. Upon checkout they didn’t ring up as the sale price. Was told I had to go to customer service. Went to customer service and they had to get a manager. The manager told me that they weren’t suppose to be in sale so she could only give me one! It’s not the customer issue if the associates put up the incorrect price. Don’t worry about calling there customer service department because there no help either.

I placed a pickup order early this morning and was promised my pick up time would be 3pm today. I got an email maybe 2 hours prior to pickup that it was rescheduled for the same time the next day! A whole 24 hours later! I understand things happen. However, this Walmart needs to get it together! I chose to order online because every time I go there’s only 2 cashiers. The self checkout is limited to 15 items and has been card only in the past. Just all kinds of rude people and inconveniences. I guess the pickup is another one to add that the list!!!

2 huge Walmart’s we went to today in our town (Fayetteville, NC) had riders that were not working. Walmart is apparently not senior citizen friendly as they don’t make sure their riders are in working order. As much money as this corporation makes you would think they were keep their riders in working order. Both large stores told me they have been waiting on parts for over 3 months! That is totally unacceptable. Have people check out the riders instead of allowing kids and teens to ride around for fun and maybe they would not break so easily. Do better walmart.

My only issue is that some of the things I go in for are out of stock. That said, they seem to stock often but need to remember blocking the isle with boxes and then acting annoyed when you need to get around them is not the best customer experience. I understand they all have a job to do and I don’t expect them to drop what they have in hand to move something… a little smile or kindness in some way would go much further. The checkout cashiers I have dealt with have all been friendly and made the end of my shopping trip enjoyable.

Everyday situation with that particular store. Stay away from this store. Go shop at a different Wal-Mart. Right now, at 1030 a.m, 9 out of 12 self checkout registers are out of service!!! If you have more than 15 items, you have to stand in a long line for a cashier to ring your items. Horrible and sad customer service 🙄🙄🙄. This is my last time to step a foot in there. HORRIBLE!!!

Useful Tips for Shopping at Walmart Supercenter in Fayetteville, NC

With the military community nearby, this store has unique busy periods. Early mornings (6-8 AM) or late evenings (after 8 PM) are usually quietest. Avoid paydays and weekends when it gets really crowded. Wednesday mornings are best for finding new stock, and you’ll miss the typical military payday rush that happens at the beginning and middle of each month.

The Walmart app is your best friend here. Since this location serves a large community, including Fort Liberty personnel, popular items can move quickly. Use the app to check stock before visiting. A local tip: scan items with the app in the sporting goods and household sections – these areas often have unannounced clearance deals that aren’t marked on the shelf.

For groceries, timing is everything. The store typically marks down fresh items in the evening hours, usually after 7 PM. The meat department often has good markdowns early in the morning too. Keep an eye on the deli section – they frequently have evening specials on prepared foods.

The pickup service is especially convenient given how busy this location can get. Order through the app before 4 PM for next-day pickup. Morning slots (7-9 AM) usually have the best availability and shortest wait times. The pickup area is well-staffed and efficiently run, making it perfect for busy military families.

Check the clearance sections near the back of the store for hidden deals. After military moves (usually summer), you can find great discounts on home goods. Seasonal items get marked down significantly after major holidays – look for these in the garden center area or near the front of the store.

Pro tip: Weekly deals update on Thursday mornings. This location often price matches with nearby stores like Food Lion and Harris Teeter, so it’s worth comparing prices.
