I loved browsing through the beautifully arranged displays, and the staff were incredibly helpful. It’s a great spot for finding everything you need in one place, whether you’re shopping for yourself or looking for a special gift. Definitely worth a visit!

Couldn’t rate the Christmas department any better. Visited with my 9 month old on a quiet day and a friendly staff member stopped for a chat, 5 minutes later after browsing around another member of staff said they had a gift for my daughter, for free. They gave her a soft toy penguin, I honestly could’ve cried. Such a nice gesture for children at Christmas time, fortunately we have gifts to give this Christmas, but for many children this may be one of the few they get, kindness is very rare these days and for someone to give a gift out of kindness is truly remembered. So thank you to John Lewis for spreading some love this Christmas and especially to David for the gift!

Wanted to write this review for Jackie working over within the personal styling department at John Lewis. She is a brilliant stylist and I highly recommend her. She was specific with her questions and asked me what I wanted. She managed to bring in a lot of bright and bold clothes, 70% of which I loved. Thank you Jackie, you opened my eyes to understanding more about personal styling and met all my needs and more. Brilliant service by a lady who understands her customers.

Sat 30 Nov We entered and left ‘Place To Eat’ immediately on this occasion due to the long queues. Appreciate it’s a Saturday and therefore busier than expected. But it would really help to have at least two ‘partners’ working on the coffee counter. Poor lady was on her own and struggling.
Previously: Clearing tables has been abandoned today. Unsightly. JL is better than this.

Always paying a visit to the branch when I’m in Kingston. Very spacious and well organised. Toilets could be a bit cleaner but the shop floor looks great.
