Again never been to Ross before so now I am going to all the Ross stores that’s available to me. All my friends encouraged me to visit locations, but I still have not been able to really experience it like I should I keep shopping for my grand baby , but I am done it’s my turn now being able to give a better rating on Ross. ZARIA customer service is very terrible. I visited the store recently and had an item that didn’t have a price on it. When I got to ZARIA register I told her that the item didn’t have a price on it but the other ones may have said .99 or 1.00 so she tells me that I have to go get the item and then get back in line. So I tell her nevermind I don’t want it and that I would like to speak to a manager. Once I said that, she grabbed the item aggressively and walked off. I told her I don’t want it just get me a manager because your customer service is terrible. As I am speaking to a manager, she’s laughing as if this is a joke. I will never shop here again ZARIA attitude is terrible and a manager even vouched saying she get complaints

They need to get more help at the store. I understand it is a cheaper merchandise but the waiting in line is ridiculous. The place is usually a mess and items are everywhere. One time I was in there, there was a new girl working & the manager was bossing her around on the floor, the more professional thing should be to taken her aside away from customers, because if that were me I would have felt uncomfortable. Please get more workers in there, so we can continue to get great bargains

The store is generally clean, but I had a disappointing experience with the staff. The woman at the fitting room door was particularly rude, and the young cashier was unfriendly and lacked basic customer service skills. She didn’t smile or greet me, which made the interaction feel cold and unwelcoming. Just because your prices are low doesn’t mean customers should be treated poorly.

Love me some Ross great deals and items. Store seemed bit disorganized. I lost my eyeglasses here and called because my prescription glasses was missing a piece of one lens can tell they are used my puppy got ahold of em. But they claim nothing is here. Unsure of their lost and found policies.
