I love this store everyone is so friendly and kind sometimes the store is a mess but I see how hard everyone works to try and keep it afloat… I hate seeing customers come in and be disrespectful they just throw things where ever they want not caring how hard all of them managers and employees work to keep your local Ross being as nice as they can but I love shopping there I always find cool items and for a very good price love the employees and the store

I was shopping when a giant carpet roll fell on me. It literally took a half an hour for the obviously uncaring manager to come see me and fill out a report. She did not ask me how I was at all. She did not call me later to follow up. When my husband talked to the store manager on the phone who HE called, she told him that she was informed by corporate to not respond to us about it. She, herself, did apologize and seemed to feel bad but nothing else was ever done. So disappointing. We will never be back. Shame on corporate and the shift manager.
