This place is the cheapest place to get coats and shoes new. It has an unpredictable inventory though, so if you don't find something first try, come back in a month and they will have significantly different choices.
One note, the shoes are supposed to be arranged neatly by size. overall the sizes get bigger as you go to the right, but I have found lots of size 10 shoes in the size 8 section, so be aware that you may have to search more of the shoe section than seems reasonable. I'm willing to do the searching though because often the shoes are $20 to $50 less than in other stores.
