Largest Target Superstore Locations in Utah

I have never felt the need to review and post about any larger chain store especially a target but when I went to this location yesterday I was in shock. I’m sure workers are busy but this was beyond filthy every where we went it looked like a tornado ran through the store and it was incredibly overwhelming to find what we came in for. Do better target.

I love Target. I live 45 minutes away where we have no Target. I have missed Target, so when I want to go it’s a joyous day and an adventure to boot! However, this store was a filthy mess, not only because there were clothes on the floor everywhere, but clothes were dirty on the racks. Felt like a thrift shop with second hand clothes, not new clothes. Employees were chitchatting up front at the registers and the few on the floor didn’t smile, make eye contact or even ask if we were finding everything okay. Poor customer service.

Carts and carts full of clothing were located in all the clothing departments as if no one could put alway the stock that was coming from the dressing rooms. I watched an employee wheel a cart to a clothing section and while she was pushing it dragging a pantsuit in the floor, no wonder the clothes were dirty. She put the cart in juniors and walked away. I worked retail, my boss would’ve fired me if i treated our stock like that, or had my departments of responsibility looking as this store did. Being short staffed isn’t an excuse. We had one employee per department and a manager, we still kept stock looking nice AND on the racks. Customer service is the ultimate responsibility of all employees, but it comes from the top- if management isn’t setting the tone you lose customers and go out of business. Do better, Target.

Most every time I have enjoyed my trips to Target. I can always find one if I’m near or away visiting family in others states I know what I can get in Target, where to find it how clean they are. Helpful employers and mostly stocked with options of sizes and colors. It is always a pleasant experience at Target.

Lately I’ve been doing pick up! And I just want to say THANK YOU for always handling my purchase with care ..whoever picks my item! Every item I choose to pick up (most of the time it’s a gift that I don’t have time to come in and grab) my package is nicely chosen. Just the way I would choose if I was looking for a gift in store! Keep it up! I know my order is handled nicely at this location! 🙂

This Target location has turned into an absolute mess over the years. The clothing department is beyond disgusting. What first started as a problem with women’s shoes being haphazardly thrown about aisles has turned into clothes littering the floors and other locations in the store. I can’t tell if it’s the new hangers which suck (the clothes easily fall off the new hangers), a lack of care from the store management, or people carelessly making a mess, or all of the above. But come on Target. Please do better.

A rare treat these days. This Target is bright, clean, well-stocked, the store is merchandised well, there aren’t baskets and baskets of re-shop near the customer service desk or scattered all over the store, the product on the shelves is mostly branded (straightened) and the team members we all working.

(Why can’t my Target in Maryland be like this?)

The cashier even greeted me with a smile and asked how I was at check out.

The CVS pharmacy inside was also extremely helpful and quick in helping this vacationer with a prescription issue.

I recommend this Target.

Check all your items before leaving. Store is always very packed with lines. Drove from Kanab to pick up an espresso machine and when I got home it was missing 3 items and had water in it from when it was used and put back on the shelf. Pulled another one off the shelf and similar issue. Not in original packaging at all. Will not be returning here, just make sure to check what you have if you’ve paid a lot for it.
