I recently visited Ross on a weekend and was disappointed with my experience. There was only one cash register open, which resulted in a long line and a wait of over 20 minutes. The store felt overcrowded, and the collection wasn’t impressive either. The air inside was stuffy, making the shopping experience uncomfortable. Additionally, I noticed a lack of cleanliness, especially in the clothing and open furniture sections, which made me hesitant to make any purchases. Overall, the experience was far from enjoyable.

Great selection! Tons of amazing deals around every corner. Unfortunately, the place suffers the same date as many of the local retailers in the downtown Seattle area, they are pretty much being robbed out of existence by the local street junkie population. It’s sad actually, such a great store, and it’s all they can do to keep the doors open with all of the shoplifting that is happening there. Staff is very friendly, and also very watchful of every customer. Don’t take offense to it. It’s a serious problem all over downtown Seattle, and they are trying to keep their doors open. It’s hard to beat the selection and prices! Name brands at 1/3 to 1/5 the normal retail price.

Went to see what their boot selection had to offer. Absolutely nothing. The atmosphere was like Fort Knox with security everywhere (apparently they have a bad problem with thieves). Not a welcoming atmosphere. Although my intentions were to do a little shopping, I was in and out within 10 minutes.

I’ve been to many Ross stores across the Seattle area as well as other states, but this Ross is the worst and the most neglected in my opinion. Here’s the video of the men’s section in the Lynnwood Ross.
Ross is usually the store where I can easily get carried away and buy stuff freely, but here I can barely find an item or 2 to purchase. Home aisles are half empty, there’s barely any men’s clothing collection.
There is definitely a fundamental problem with the management here if they are unable to stock up the store while other Ross stores have barely any space to walk or stock up more stuff.

Have been to the store a couple of times, and they make you wait before you can enter the store up to 30 minutes. They only let a certain amount of people in at a time. Covid is over. It shouldn’t be happening anymore. The checkout lanes here are very slow and that’s why you have to wait in line, the girl at the front that holds the strap is extremely rude and tells you you’ll have to wait in line. I have not been another Ross that makes you do this. Really not worse. Standing in line for up to 30 minutes waiting for somebody to exit the store.

Hi would just like to say I have always for the most part have always loved Ross and have always had a positive shopping experience at their stores. But the Aurora Store has changed all that. First of all the store is brand new and already is massively understocked of shoplifted and poorly maintained. I go in there to purchase 2 items spent little time. I started to pay and realized the cashier had charged me with 4more items that she knew I didn’t purchase. Then got upset when I asked asked for manager. They said they were the manager. They gave me my money back and said I was never allowed back for being rude to employees. Trust me far from over. I will obtain legal counsel. I was told they where little cameras like Po lice lhope so!

Today is Tuesday. My dad was buying and told the lady about the 10% discount for 55+. She said OFF COURSE! and forgot. Then she had to go to her break and we need to speak with the other lady. There was then 1 lady and about 10 people to pay. We made my dad to do the line all over again. They didn’t care that he was 70, that the lady made the mistake and there was only 1 person at the cashier. YOU SHOULD HAVE A BETTER CUSTOMER SERVICE!
