I came this morning wanted to buy a lock nut for my trolley. I asked one staff working on that shelf at the time. He’s very expert and patient! Without much information I can tell he suggested me a definitely right nut and size I need. Very very helpful and time saving and thanks very much!
By the way last time I came for buying some containers, a staff helped me and was very friendly as well!

I found everything I needed and the staff were helpful showing me where to get my materials. And the paint guy was superb. He matched the colour I needed from a 2cm square of paint fleck that I bought with me. When I applied the paint, the colour match was perfect. It had been 30 years since the house had been painted and some of the original colours didn’t exist anymore, But thankfully the paint guy resolved the issue perfectly. Thank you.

Bunnings Northland in Preston stands out as the largest Bunnings in Melbourne for several reasons:
Size and Layout: Bunnings Northland covers 25,000 square meters (about 269,100 square feet) of shopping space, making it unusually large, relative to other stores. This vast size enables the organisation to provide a greater variety of products, departments and services.
Wide Range of Products: Bunnings Northland has a larger space and therefore has an increased variety of home improvement, garden and outdoor products. This includes plenty of tools, furniture, building materials, plants and outdoor furniture that you might not find in smaller Bunnings stores.
Specialized Services: It also offers further in store services like project help, expert advice, DIY workshops and even trade specific services for trade professionals. This lends itself to being a one stop shop for both DIYers and contractors.
Extended Hours: Customers with busy schedules will be happy to know that larger Bunnings stores, including Northland, usually have extended opening hours.
Garden Center and Outdoor Area: The part of the garden and outdoor sections of the store is bigger and better with a wide variety of plants, garden equipment and outdoor furniture that makes it a perfect place for a gardener.
Convenience: The Northland store has a larger parking area, more accessibility and is by no means more convenient for those shopping in bulk or that may have larger home improvement projects at the top of the list.
It’s these features that make Bunnings Northland not only the biggest in size, but also a more comprehensive destination than other Bunnings stores around Melbourne.

Amazing service, they were the only store to have the grass turf which I use for my dogs potty and it’s been sold out for weeks everywhere, and when it isn’t sold out it goes so quickly, the lovely lady working held two pieces for me SOO grateful and absolutely amazing job she helped me put it into a box and everything 🫶🫶🩷✨

Bunnings Port Melbourne

Amazing store. Great range. Always busy. Always understaffed, especially weekdays, and the team get grouchy. Just tried to pay with Zip Money but it charged my card. Went to the service desk to refund and repay and the guy gave me such side eye I thought I’d wandered onto the set of The Golden Girls 👀

Bunnings Springvale
Address: 849 Princess Hwy, Springvale VIC 3171, Australia
Tried calling all day – from 8am to 3pm on a Monday. No answer.
Emailed customer service for a warranty claim 3 weeks ago – still no response. Called the manufacturer instead (a big no-no) and got a response within a minute.
Besides that, last time I went in for a specific plumbing piece (we knew what we were looking for) the staff member in the area was absolutely clueless and couldn’t help us find it. No offer to grab someone more experienced, or seek additional assistance.
I am losing faith in Bunnings.
