I came this morning wanted to buy a lock nut for my trolley. I asked one staff working on that shelf at the time. He’s very expert and patient! Without much information I can tell he suggested me a definitely right nut and size I need. Very very helpful and time saving and thanks very much!

And the paint guy was superb.
He matched the colour I needed from a 2cm square of paint fleck that I bought with me.
When I applied the paint, the colour match was perfect.
It had been 30 years since the house had been painted and some of the original colours didn’t exist anymore,
But thankfully the paint guy resolved the issue perfectly.

Amazing service, they were the only store to have the grass turf which I use for my dogs potty and it’s been sold out for weeks everywhere, and when it isn’t sold out it goes so quickly, the lovely lady working held two pieces for me SOO grateful and absolutely amazing job she helped me put it into a box and everything 🫶🫶🩷✨

Amazing store. Great range. Always busy. Always understaffed, especially weekdays, and the team get grouchy. Just tried to pay with Zip Money but it charged my card. Went to the service desk to refund and repay and the guy gave me such side eye I thought I’d wandered onto the set of The Golden Girls 👀

Tried calling all day – from 8am to 3pm on a Monday. No answer. Emailed customer service for a warranty claim 3 weeks ago – still no response. Called the manufacturer instead (a big no-no) and got a response within a minute. Besides that, last time I went in for a specific plumbing piece (we knew what we were looking for) the staff member in the area was absolutely clueless and couldn’t help us find it. No offer to grab someone more experienced, or seek additional assistance. I am losing faith in Bunnings.
