I normally don’t post about wallmart because of the crazy check out and the check out person. But I will say that they definitely are ready for the bigger crowds they are stocked up for now… and remember on the way out when they ask to see your receipt hand that sucker to them a keep it kicking….

I walked into Walmart through this rain to go into electronics to purchase something. I was told by multiple Walmart associates (including the people who were at customer service at the time) they close at 10pm….. no one offered to help or call someone higher up to see if they could get the keys. Just casually “oh they close at ten.” As you are walking away… Real nice. This is totally where I want to spend the money I work for at. Mind you I finished writing this post at 10:16 pm. It was 10:08 pm when I sat in my car to start it.

I felt I was discriminated against by the hiring staff. they form groups and bully the people trying to make a living like it’s high school. I’m 23 and they’re pushing 40 still acting very entitled and retaliatory. the store manager is the only person who actually treats you like a person. I lost my mama and was terminated due to points (understandable) and told to reapply when able. I reapplied and even spoke to the store manager (who was genuine and really gave me the opportunity to even interview after being ignored and told that they wouldn’t rehire me because of whatever reason by the people lead) and when I finally got the interview I BEGGED for to reapply, the people lead and front end coach pulled a friend of mine who also applied into the office and questioned her about if she knew me etc and then denied her due to her responses. I have a loving spirit and this experience as a former and even as just a human being genuinely hurt me. I lost the woman who raised me and was punished and I’m still being punished even over a year later as I reapply and get denied EVERY time without any other reason then the fact that the “people in power” dislike me. abusing their power. it’s distasteful and it’s SAD. praying for the displaced egos because that’s the only thing that can save someone like that. very sick world we live in !!!!
