The sales associates are super rude! Maria, a coordinator working at the cash register was bad mouthing my mother and I after I asked if there was another pan because it was scratched.
Her response: What do you want?! (Angry tone) then get another one! Then I asked whether it’s possible to get a discount and she went over to her co-worker started bad mouthing us in Spanish. I know Spanish, and she was swearing and bad mouthing us laughing about how we weren’t able to find another pan that isn’t scratched up!
Also the sale associates here are super slow! No one wants to work. And there’s always a big line that stretches all the way to opposite of the store. There’s literally two people working on the cash register. TWO! When there’s sales associates in the home department, clothing, and beauty department not doing anything but on their phones.

I had a terrible customer experience today at this store. I asked for a gift receipt and the lady who was helping didn’t know how to do (what is understandble) but the other attendant behind her was rude with me and gave me the wrong gift receipt (with all items of my purchase) and when I asked to do another transaction (a return) she was very impatient because the line was big and called the manager. I’ve never seen this kind of treatment at any TJMaxx and I won’t return here again. I’m so sorry for this lady who just started because she doesn’t have a good coworker who can help her.

First time at this location and the store is stocked in every area.
I stopped to purchase a birthday gift and of course found other items. I’m given three stars because I witnessed Myranda being stern to a coworker when he was asking her for advise on putting items out in the Q Line. I get that she was trying to tell him to have creative control, but you could have used a better tone towards him. The way he put his head down- should have been a que to follow up with clarity.
Also one of my items did not have a price tag on it and I asked a couple of people on the floor only to be told ask the cashier. Mind you, floor associates will bring a similar item with the highest price. It’s not fair that some customers get penalized for tags not on an item. Yes, I bought the item and given that the TJX family is moving away from coding item – it’s no way they can Lee up with pricing.
Lastly, the front door pane is broken, I’m not sure the reason why but given how retail is being hit- it raised a red flag.
Will I go back…not sure. But I do believe in giving three chances- strike 3 and a decision will be made.

Good selection of purses, suitcases, and candles. I always stop in to pick up my candles, lotions, shampoo and conditioner. Home decor options are available but are hit or miss. This store is somewhat organized and clean but shows its age especially in the dressing room. One drawback is that there is always lines at check out.

In line about 1 hour now… one cashier line around the store – super annoying – I feel like ditching my cart – 3 people behind the counter, 1 checking people out
