Such a terrible experience I’m literally seeking legal guidance in regards to how disrespectful the chick “running” yesterday’s noon time shift think it’s Angela. She was nearly the straw that broke the camels back & my dear friend almost took his own life due to her looking down and judging a man by his clothes I’m assuming. But what she was too ignorant to see was his many many pendants he always proudly wears because he has earned such honor for serving this country and this rude excuse for a human had the audacity to make him feel less than!!! I’m sorry I’m so furious about it! And the “security ” they think they have power so they are misusing it and this is why what held society together once upon a time is tearing it apart with no regard to anything!

I have been coming to this store for the past 3 years. Simply because its the closest one near me. So it’s convenient. When I go into this store? I come prepared. And I come with every intention of finding what I need. As quickly, efficiently, and as deadpan in the face as possible. All to ensure I am the epitome of a Professional Customer. To do Professional Business with Employees. On the most Basic, Beta, and Bare Minimum of Functional Human Capacity. And I come in…as I have always come in..with every intention of paying for my items. As I have paid for my items..for the last 3 years. So I come in…to do Business. Nothing more. Nothing less. Its just that. Business.

I do not come in…to be a thief. I do not come in to just to be perceived as one. And I do not come in fully prepared as I do to be assumed as some vagrant, vandal, shoplifter, or criminal. So when I come into a store enough times after 3 years to an entirely new set of employees after the last ones were entirely replaced? I don’t come into a Dollar Tree fully prepared with my own Eco Friendly Bags, and ready with my wallet, cash, and card out as I have made that a point to by then time I am at the register…after 3 years…to be Auto Assumed as some kind of shoplifter. I don’t come into Dollar Tree after 3 years of what I’l call..Circumstantial Patronage…to be Criminalized the way I had enough times…simply…for being prepared LONG before I set foot in this location. I also do not come in..to be Sociable..or to engage beyond what is merely Transactional Business. And I definitely do not come into a Dollar Tree or any Business for that matter…expecting to hear Unprofessional , Idle Gossip from paid Employees who do not wanna leave their Personal Bias and Personal Feelings about Work or Customers…at Home.

So?

With that being said? This is my Honest Review.

Because if there was another Dollar Store I could walk to? I would. And there are times I have left Merchandise I had every intention of paying for…as well as the ability to pay for it… and gone right on over to BigLots.

To Dollar Tree Staff at this Location? Maybe rather then assuming every person who might walk into your Store is a Criminal or a Thief? How about assuming they are a Paying Customer instead? See..now that is both Productive and Business smart.

I mean..unless..you want to Drive away both Business and Customers?

As prepared as I am? To walk into your Store? That might I add?

I have to be..every..time..I go into this location. Just so you know

It’s very uncomfortable coming into this Location. I don’t do so because I want to.

But I am just as prepared to go next door. To BigLots. Which I have done enough already. As I will happily pay BigLots more…as I have in the past.

So NOT to be assumed as a Thief. Before being an Organized, Ready. and Prepared to Pay Customer. So? You wanna keep up you idle gossip in front of customers? You want to assume customers are criminals? At least BigLots is worth taking my headphones off to smile for. And be a bit more then bare minimum. So you know why I chose to 1 star review you now.

You wanna push Business away and have this location on the verge of closing? Or? Do you wanna draw in Customers? I apologize for being ready to do Business. Sorry for caring to not hold up a line. Sorry I’m not a Criminal. If I’m a Customer you might sooner look for a reason to gossip about? As Gossip has happened right in front of me at this store. Sorry for that too. Sorry you can’t trust me as a Paying Customer after 3 years.

I won’t leave an inch to be assumed or have much said about me. I will always make sure I metaphorically bite my tongue off and swallow it at this location. Hopefully this location makes better choices. So that there is some reform. As I’ll always be on guard as Customer here. It does not feel Welcoming. It feels loaded and volatile. You can cut the atmospheric hostility with a butter knife. The animosity is that thick.Thank you for taking this as what I’d hope to be steps toward more Professional Business.

I’d like to warn everyone to really pay attention at check out and to your bank statements. I never had problems with this location, but earlier this year, I had a purchase that the register operator said I needed to re-swipe my card for. My 13 year old son told me she double charged me. She said she didn’t. Low and behold, my bank statement had a double charge on it. To add to this, you can only get refunded from the Dollar Tree location you actually shopped at. I don’t live near this location and don’t usually have business to take of care within the location’s area. I was prompted to write this after seeing another person’s similar google review for a different Dollar Tree location.

To say this store has issues would be an understatement. Empty shelves, disorganized, and dirty. I did find it interesting that there were no wet floor signs near the spills but they had a stack of caution cones for sale. Who is responsible for allowing these stores to look so bad? On a good note, David the cashier was very nice and polite. He deserves a raise for maintaining a good attitude and customer service while working in this dump. Do better DT. Do better!

What can I say? Good prices are expected at this place and that is what you get. Most of what I got here was $1.25, so not a bad deal. I was able to find some things that I wasn’t expecting to find. They had food items, decor, face creams, cards, and a bunch of other stuff. Honestly, you can find some pretty neat stuff here for a great price.

I love the store and hate the parking…if people that are going to Walmart would park in Walmart parking lot. Everyone wouldn’t have to walk 1/2 mile to get to the store. Not Dollar Trees problem, but it’s the reason they only get 4 stars
