Very nice and spacious store. They have a large inventory and the prices are great. The store is very clean and the staff is super friendly. I often do the “online pick-up” and it is very quick. Don (or maybe it’s Dom) works the pickup line and is so nice and efficient. He always takes the time to ask how someone’s day is and gives a warm goodbye. By far my favorite Target in Manhattan.

This location of Target is great!! It’s not the largest, but they have a great selection of items and I always seem to find what I need here. The staff are helpful and kind, and the check-out line is never totally inundated with customers (things always move pretty quickly and the wait is never too long). This is a great place to stop for necessities on the Upper West Side/Columbus Avenue!

Target is the perfect store for all my personal care & beauty needs. I also love their selection of clothing for my pre-teen son. On my most recent visit, a young man was super helpful as he assisted me with downloading the Target App. I explained that I encountered an issue with an online purchase a few months ago and he guided me to resolve.
I enjoy going in-store whenever I’m in the U.S. but when I’m home, in the Caribbean, online shopping is easy and convenient.

It’s what you would expect from a target. The layout is decent, parking is available even during the busiest of days and it’s free. Gets pretty busy on the weekends, make time for lines. Weekdays are great, in and out. Starbucks in the front.

Bait & Switch. They stock the non-sale items in the sale item space. See photo. Every item on this shelf is NOT the sale item. They are literally twice the advertised price Had my original cashier not been really nice and had the manager not honoured the advertised price, they would get 1 star. This is the 3rd time this has happened to me at that location.

ETL Jorge should be reevaluated for his capabilities to manage a staff. Entire guest services staff was sitting in the back ignoring the long line of Return/exchanges in addition to the long line of order pick ups. When asked for help the employees caught an attitude one specifically by the name kharisma. If you cannot train your staff on proper protocol on how to address customers, that is a reflection of your ability to manage and work etiquette. This target has become one of the worst in the area.
