No employees here line is 30 people long and backed up past checkout area on a Tuesday at 7:15 pm…been in line 30 minutes now.. they only have 3 cashiers for both checkout and returns will not be back other tjmaxx are less crowded and have more cashiers so line actually moves

Normally I love to shop here. Went to the store this morning while shopping I found 2 travel cups marked for $0.00 with the yellow clearance sticker, figured it was a mistake but I liked them so I figured I would take them up when I checked out with the rest of my things and see what the price was.
When I took them up the cashier had to check with the manager and I watched as the manager just threw them away in the trash.
The cashier said they weren’t selling and they were left out by mistake. I asked since they were just going to be put in the trash if I could have them when she asked the manager she said no so they just went in the trash.
The manager didn’t even come over to talk to me. The cashier was so nice but the manager just felt like she was being mean and wasteful.
These cups had nothing wrong with them they were in perfect condition and should not have been thrown away. Somebody could have used them instead they are just going to a landfill somewhere.

The store is very bright and clean. It is arranged very neatly. They have a lot of cashiers available to check and there is still a long line. There is a great selection of hair care products as well as shoes. The store is huge and full of great deals!! I definitely recommend this store.

This is one store where I can get some household and personal necessities at good prices. The store is designed in a box layout, which does make finding things a whole lot easier. The service here is super helpful in addition too. Checkout can be a bit of a wait at times, especially when there are only one or two cashiers to handle all the customers on line waiting.

Nice and beautiful store , the mall area is also really nice . Lot of variety to pick from , customer representatives were really helpful and know where things were. Each sections was layered out neat , you could easily find the sizes in the right place and the sections labeled where in correct places .
They also have a nice home decor /kitchen /seasonal and bedding with great deals

I love TJ MAxx but this store is smaller and always out of order , below average in my opinion

I never really shopped at TJ before but this is my fave TJ Max. They got a nice selection of clothes and I’m gonna miss this store. Janet was my fave lady working here & Roberta was always so nice 🥹 . Everybody that works there is pleasant to be around. thanks y’all for everythang you do ✨
