I wanted to use the restrooms and they refused the services. I know that other Ross’s in better areas have an open restroom, yet this store charges customer the same with less services. It doesn’t make sense I had to leave my stuff behind and decided not to purchase anything because I really needed to use the restroom. It’s sad a little boy after me wanted to use the restroom too, and the staff still refused the restroom to them.

Store is a mess employees say they have no restroom at all when clearly all Ross I’ve been to before have them available for customers..Long lines and employees keep like following you around like if your going to steal or something.. Like clean up the store instead of following customers around.. Alarms keep going off they don’t even bother to turn them off.. Bad place don’t recommend coming here.. Horrible customer service..

This Ross hasn’t changed much. It’s still a little ghetto with thieves inside. We walked into the shoe aisle and the alert on a pair shoes was ringing about. Nobody decided to stop the alarm. It just kept ringing. They’ve really improved on organizing and such but the aisles look very empty now. Like there are hardly any products on the shelves. There are name brand bags just like the other stores so I guess it’s not too bad. However, me and my sisters encountered a creep with a stroller in this store (something I know they can’t control). Watch your children and be aware of the ghettoness before you enter. The prices are really good, though, so if you’re looking for something cheap then this is your place.
