I’ve been a regular customer at this store for some time, but my recent visit was extremely disappointing. I was carrying my electric scooter, and a staff member named BU rudely asked me to leave, raising her voice and causing a scene in front of other customers. While I understand policies need to be enforced, the way she handled the situation was unprofessional and disrespectful. I’ve never had issues carrying my scooter in neighboring stores like Dick’s Sporting Goods. As a regular shopper, I expect better treatment and hope the store can address how such policies are communicated to customers with more courtesy.

Love this locations inventory But 🥵the store temperature was insane. I was in and out within one hour dripping sweat, thinking how sad for employees! I then went to Santa Clara location where the inventory is terrible but guess what, store was nice and cool. This should not be, all store should have a set temperature at all locations that’s comfortable for customers but more importantly for their Employees! Love Rosses prices disappointed in temperature 😲

Great selection but you better be willing to wait in line! I was there on a Saturday and found a couple of good deals but when I went to get in line, I was shocked to see that it extended to the back of the store. I decided to take my merchandise upfront and have them hold it so that I could come back later, but one of the managers told me that it would be the same when I came back. I decided to come back an hour later and true to her word it was still the same. I was still willing to wait because I found a good deal. So I decided to time it, from the time I got in line to the time I checked out, it took 27 minutes! Wow! Now, I must admit it went a little faster once they had six registers open. Don’t get me wrong I’m not upset I just wanted to let others know. No one in line was angry or upset, in fact everyone seemed pretty resolved to the fact that it would take a while. By the way, I was told this pretty much the same every day of the week. It was recommended to get there before 11 am.

Came here on 7/30/24, and was checking out at around 1:20 – 1:30 pm. Customer service here has really deteriorated. Cashier pulled out a wrinkled bag that looked used and insisted it was new, but it was unclear if it was new or not. We only had their word that it was new. We requested a different bag and were refused even though we were paying for the bag. It felt like we were being bullied into using that specific wrinkled bag so we ended up just leaving everything behind and leaving the store. We don’t think we’ll be coming back for a long time.
TLDR: Encountered poor customer service. Cashiers insisted the wrinkled bag was new, and refused to provide a different one.

In general its a good store,they have low prices,i recomend this store,for ur childrens,to buy them clothes,shoes,cuz they grow fast n a few months after u buy those things,they leave it new,so dont waste money on expensive clothes n shows,go to ross n dress for less.
