Fire hazard!!! This place is the dirtiest store I’ve ever been inside, some aisle 100% blocked of with merchandise laying on the floor. I contacted Baltikore County Fire Marshall’s Service. I confronted the security and cashier, they had a manager come up, the manager used the excuse they were behind on budget. And called a store manager. On going investigation was opened. Worst experience ever I bought an area rug and I was told that no one could help me put the rug in my car which was unusual to me because I shop and Ross and in all the other Ross they help you with furniture to ya car so who ever manages this Ross is losing because I had to stand in line to return the rug due too that they told me I couldn’t take it because I was unable to take the cart out and no one was able to help me take the rug to the car .
