The costumer here here keeps bad. We went up to the cashier, who was an elderly lady with a red outfit on and a headband or bandana. She was extremely rude from the beginning of our interaction to the end. We asked her nicely if she could look up the items price because we couldn’t find the price tag. She instantly said “no I cannot.” And when I showed her the barcode tag that was there she said “that’s not our tag.” She did find the tag, which was hidden. I ended up getting a jewelry holder and some other things and she was demanding my friend to bag the items while she was scanning the rest. While she scanning the rest of the items, she was throwing around the household decor items I was trying to buy (which were delicate items). My friend and I were scared she’d break the items with how roughly she handled them. I understand everyone has bad days but that doesn’t serve as a reason to act rude to people who were just trying to check out and mind their business.
