The towels, rugs, blankets which are sold are all solid and relaxing to keep on bed.The shop is not too squashed in can walk by and not go into another person.
The drinks have a lot of variety and varying quality you can buy a nice barr drink £1 for 2 litres and does not taste waxed or faint is a nice deep soda. I personally prefer lime soda over pepsi but, it comes down to personal preference but, in defence of fruit it is in chocolates and juices but, even if there was a chocolate bar and a simple orange in front of me I always pick the fruit.

Lots of household items, pretty much the same prices as Savers, Poundland etc. A few bargains can be found amongst the tat. Home decor and DIY area on the 1st floor isn’t too bad. Queues at checkout can be quite long though.

It’s easier to pass through the eye of a needle than to be shopping here and have to pee. Couldn’t find a toilet and had to rush back home embarrassingly.

The store has a variety of products ranging from food to home products. The staff are helpful and kind, although they have all these attributes. My only disappointment was because they don’t have a freezer section. But overall, I would advise people to check out B&M whenever they Nedd products at reasonable prices.

I was served on the till by the one of the rudest and most awful women I have encountered in a long while (I heard her name was Sharon but she was not wearing a name tag). I asked to exchange a large 4 wick £12 candle that I had previously bought as it was defective (when I had arrived home it only had 1 visible wick). This lady aggressively stated “You’ve used this”. How could I have possibly have used a candle with 1 only wick in the space of 4 without disturbing the wax?! The candle was in good condition and the wax was still full and completely untouched. If anything I would expect some understanding/ a slight apology for this defective product. After much debate she finally agreed to exchange it and then proceeding to charge me again for a new item. After many minutes of me trying to explain that mathematically that didn’t work, and her looking at me like I was some sort of thief, she reluctantly corrected the error, serving judgmental looks to surrounding customers. At this point it was about principle for me. Do not accuse someone of stealing when they are an honest person and if you make an error then correct it graciously. I’d worked a long night shift in the hospital preceding this encounter- this is not the treatment anyone deserves. This lady needs some serious help with basic human interaction. I won’t be returning to B&M- if I could give it zero stars for customer service then I would. An honest, paying customer shouldn’t be made to feel like a thief. I’ll take my hard-earned money elsewhere.
