I was visiting my elderly mother one day in Bend. And she went ahead of the family because she really needed to use the restroom. She didn't realize they had code locks on them now so she scurried back up front and asked the cashier to open the bathroom for her cashier was rude and told her no. So my mom was trying to hurry to get back to the car. And she went face first on the curb blood was coming out of her head and she ended up having an accident among impact. It looks like somebody beat the crap out of her with a baseball bat so I'm not very happy with the lady up front that was very rude and you could have let her go to the bathroom. She said you were not busy at all. I get so sick of everybody being so lazy with their jobs you still have to be there you still have to work to get your money you might as well work. You're lucky we don't sue you over that I don't think management would be very happy with you. Why don't we try to be a little kinder. If it was your family member you would be very upset as we are.
