I’ve had a couple experiences at Ross so far now. The one time I had an awesome employee at the register. Extremely friendly. Helpful etc.
The store was a bit overwhelming due to stuff on the floor in some aisles but I understand holiday season has every where extremely busy and so I get it.
However the most recent time I was there there was an employee named tokena (I apologize for improper spelling) and this employee was extremely rude, made me feel like an inconvenience and made the overall experience rough. I don’t understand why it is necessary to be so rude to people especially when the person I was with and I were extremely friendly and polite.
