I'm a "ross shopper" love it…. but I have never seen one so under stocked, and un organized! I can understand low inventory, and I can understand messy, but this place was out of control. I did see 3 employees (2 at registers and 1 walking around) I was also informed that both their dressing rooms were out of service?? I ended up not buying ANYTHING if that tells you how bad it was.
